About
Kwangdong Min, Ph.D.
Founder, Magis Global
Startup Business Development · Global Expansion · Practical AI
Since 2010, I've provided startup training and consulting centered on business planning, technology commercialization, business models, and pricing strategy.
More recently, I've expanded into AI Harness Engineering training and consulting — connecting generative AI to real work processes.
Working in the field, refining it in the classroom, and validating it through research
Since 2010, I've combined training and consulting with hands-on work in the field. I've worked as a founding member of an ETRI-related venture, head of the sales entity for an R&D technology venture, representative of a local-creator business, and a practitioner on overseas startup projects — and since 2024, as a startup expert in the ODA field. Rather than letting the problems I've encountered across these different settings stay as mere experience, I've brought them into my training and consulting, and examined them again through research.

Global / ODA Experience
Beyond domestic startups, I've delivered startup training, business model development, IR, startup incubation, and business strategy consulting in Laos, Cambodia, Ghana, Vietnam, and Japan.
Through KOICA and other international cooperation projects, I have trained and advised local startups and startup-incubation organizations on business models, IR pitching, incubation strategy, and industry-academia cooperation strategy.
Not training that teaches AI — training that builds your own work tools with AI
I provide training and consulting that connects generative AI to actual work processes, rules, and validation structures — not just prompting — turning it into a practical, everyday tool.
Training / Consulting Experience
Since 2010, I've been active in startup business development and entrepreneurship education — teaching, consulting, and serving as an evaluator. I've served as a startup mentor and adjunct professor at institutions including the Sejong Creative Economy Innovation Center, Catholic Kwandong University, and Tongmyong University.
I help structure your business, and help you execute it.
I offer training, workshops, and consulting on startup business planning, business models, pricing strategy, global expansion, and practical AI use.
